Prices	As shown for each plan on the pricing page (https://d2b.dev/pricing), in US dollars: Solo USD 29 per month or USD 290 per year; Pro USD 199 per month or USD 1,990 per year (5 seats included, additional seats USD 15 per seat per month); Pay as you go is metered by usage. Additional credits are priced as shown on the pricing page.
Tax	Where consumption tax or other taxes apply, the amount is shown at checkout.
Costs other than the price	Internet access and communication charges needed to use the service are borne by the customer.

Payment method	Credit card (processed by Stripe)
Payment timing	Monthly and annual plans are charged for the first term at sign-up and then on automatic renewal at the end of each term. Additional credits are charged at purchase. Auto-recharge is charged when the configured condition is met. Metered usage is aggregated and billed on the Company’s billing date.

Provision	Available immediately after payment is completed.

Cancellation	Paid plans can be cancelled at any time from the plan settings in the app or the billing portal. The service remains available until the end of the current term, after which the account moves to the free plan.
Returns and refunds	Because of the nature of the service, paid fees and purchased credits are not returned or refunded, except where the service could not be provided for reasons attributable to the Company.

Requirements	A current version of a major web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox). Requirements for the API, CLI, SDK and MCP are described in the developer documentation (https://docs.d2b.dev).
